Delivery timelines for services are as follows:

• Web Development: Delivery timelines specified in individual project agreements.
• Audit Reports: Delivered within 24 hours of request.
• Consultation Calls: Scheduled within 48 hours of booking.

We strive to meet all delivery timelines but are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXORA GROWTH HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXORA GROWTH HUB regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
